• Partner in the professional services industry.  Addressed concerns regarding hard-driving style to improve relationships and leadership presence in the firm.

• Newly appointed SVP in a regionally based non-profit firm. Helped negotiate challenging work relationships, work-life balance, and executive presence.

• Data Analytics VP in a large, multi-site healthcare organization. Addressed change initiatives and image concerns and developed executive presence and stronger communication skills.

• Technology Executive in a fast-growing Prague, Czech Republic. He focused on developing the skills to become a partner in the firm—and he made it!

• Recently promoted President of a multi-division organization. Focused on developing a leadership team based on trust and accountability.

• New CEO of a large, multi-location non-profit organization.  Focused on developing others through delegation to build bench strength and manage new roles and responsibilities.
